ANDRE FRANCOIS VAN WYK

Andre holds a BA degree from the University of Western Cape. He also holds a Baccalaureus Procurationis (BProc) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa (UNISA). He has attended the Practical Law School of the Law Society of South African and completed his articleship with H Van Branden Attorneys.

Isaac holds a B. Proc degree at the University of the Western Cape and a Post Graduate Diploma in the Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts from the Universityof Johannesburg. He also holds a Certificate in Commercial Lavv from the Black Lawyers’ Association’s Legal Education Centre and a Certificate in Competition Law at the University of the Witwatersrand;

Brandon has served AF Van Wyk since February 2003 where he was initially employed as a Paralegal, later served his Articles as a Candidate Attorney and since June 2009 he is our noble Professional Assistant.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) which she obtained with the University of Johannesburg (UJ). Jacqueline has served AF \/an Wyk as an article clerk from February 2010 to
February 2011 anal was admitted as an Attorney on the O4th of March 2011. She travelled to the United States of America (USA) after her admission where she inter alia attended seminars about the USA legal system at Stanford University.

In April 2012 she rejoined A.F. Van Wyk Attorneys as a Professional Assistant.
